I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in TX & the owner of Thought Connect Therapy. I specialize in assisting young people navigate this crazy thing we call life. I bring an honest & transparent approach to therapy in hopes of helping you become more self-aware & confident in your ability to overcome hard things. Common struggles that I help individuals with include family of origin issues, anxiety, depression, self-worth issues, and adjusting to difficult life transitions.
